It is now clear that there is, as yet, no process that takes the data and generates a model, and that your attempts to discriminate among models has not produced the tool to make the distinction. But I think that the article still warrants publication. The equivocation has been put in. Some additional points need to be addressed, such as the distinction between initial seismic signals and the seismogram, as well as some editorial corrections, which are necessary.
