Within the framework of Universal Multifractal, the forced SGC model is used to investigate the multifractal intermittency. The estimated UM parameters demonstrate good agreement with empirical data. It also suggested that the multifractal intermittency is almost independent of the forcing. The instability of UM parameters caused by numerical simulation schemes can be considered negligible. Importantly, UM parameters may be directly relevant to NS turbulence due to the structure of SGC model.
